Smriti Services offers a comprehensive range of integrated facility management and maintenance support services in the field of housekeeping, engineering maintenance, property management including electrical, garden and lawn maintenance, waste management, helpdesk, mailroom, etc.

Contract Staffing

Smriti Services offers contract staffing services for clients who may require personnel, skilled or otherwise, for short assignments. These staff would be assigned to the client on a contract basis for a minimum agreed period but would be on the payroll of Smriti Services with the benefits of P.F. and E.S.I.C. Thus the client gets all the benefits of an employee without any long term commitment. Smriti Services would ensure the appropriateness and quality of personnel deployed.

TRAINING

Training is an integral constituent in SmritiServices. Internal training programs are conducted for employees to update their skills according to real and anticipated needs.

The purpose of training is to describe the Company arrangements for ensuring adequate training for those activities related to quality. It is policy of the Company that all personnel shall receive training to enable them to perform their duties to the required standards. The Company shall ensure that adequate training is provided for personnel fulfilling the role of internal auditor and shall responsible for maintaining a list of trained and approved internal auditor

In addition to this, a Customer Feedback survey will be conducted periodically and necessary corrective and preventive actions taken to ensure customer satisfaction.
